    Lophocereus schottii
    [now Pachycereus schottii]

    "Senita"

Is this the northernmost satellite occurrence of Lophocereus schottii?
Are these specimens the remnants of what is presently the northernmost known population of Lophocereus schottii
or were these few plants deliberately placed here by one of the indigeous people who valued them?
These plants were discovered growing in southeastern California.
